Facial Rollers, the benefits!

Good morning everyone, welcome back to another blog post. We are back to another week, I hope everyone had a great Easter and long weekend. I have been on a self care break from blogging a lot has been going on and I just needed to step away for a bit. As bloggers we all sometimes just need a break, and I’ve learned since blogging its ok to take a break if you need it your audience is always there and supportive. I also always want to put out the beast content that I can and never settle for a quick upload. I will soon do a life update on almost everything that is going on, so much has happened so far this year its literally crazy! And hopefully it all doesn’t effect my upload schedule and I can stay on track.

But for now lets get into today’s blog post, today I wanted to talk about facial rollers! Lately this has been a very popular skincare tool that pretty much everyone is using right now and I thought this would make a great post. Being a graduate from the spa industry these posts are just my thing and exciting to talk about also. So first off what is a facial roller? Facial rollers are used to enhance the blood circulation on the skin, and this also then helps products more absorb into the skin. And this also help reduce puffiness on the the face for example under the eyes. The jade rollers reduces the puffiness and inflammation in the skin, the other benefits from the rollers are brighting, tighting and help with the fine lines on your face.

Using a jade roller can help with a lot of benefits as in releasing tension on our face, using the roller can promote the circulation. Promoting regular circulation in the face can help with firmness and plumping of the skin. Also adding this to your regular skin care reg-min can help your skincare products soak in more into your skin and actually work better then just applying them to your face as usual. As a esthetican myself I have never tried out the facial roller, as another way other then using a facial roller you can also do lymphatic drainage. This also helps with blood circulation in the face, lymphatic drainage is a soothing and relaxing massage. This massage uses effective motions to reduce swelling. I have personally tried this massage and absolutely love it its really relaxing in my opinion, but would I personally spend money often to get this procedure done no but it is something now and then id spend on then using an roller myself.

Reading about this facial roller I personally would give it a try, it cant hurt. Also I feel if it gives off the same results as going to a spa and getting a facial massage that personally is saving money now and then in my opinion. I feel like using this can give me more results in my cleansing routine, and also step up my results as in penetrating my products more but I feel like personally its not a magic roller. Sometimes going to a spa and spending the money is worth it then a “do it at home” re gamin. One thing a facial roller cannot do is increase collagen production, facial massaging stimulates the facial muscles and brings the blood flow and oxygen to that area.

My question is, is a facial roller worth the hype? Does it give any results? If anyone has tried a facial roller how was your experience? I personally want to give it a try and give my feedback and review on it. I know everyone experience will be different because we all have different skin types and were all different ages so of course it would be different. But thank you all for reading my first blog post back from my mini break I have been having, I hope you all have a great rest of your Monday!
