Hey everyone, welcome back to another blog post. I hope everyone had a great weekend and Father’s Day, my weekend was great and somewhat relaxing. For today’s blog post I wanted to do a review on how I feel about Milk Makeup hydro grip primer I got. I got a good feel on it and got time to gather my thoughts about this product and wanted to share just in case anyone looking to try it out.
So I purchased this primer not to long ago, I was looking to try out a new primer because for a good two to three years now I’ve been using the becca matte primer and I’ve been sticking to it. And I wanted to look for a primer that can hold my makeup and not make my face look or feel dry, because the becca primer is matte but sadly it leaves a white consistency on my face. I wanted to try the hydro primer at first I was unsure about it because how the consistency looked and it looked like it would leave a sticky feeling afterwards but I decided to give it a try because I needed a primer and I had no second choice to try to be honest lol.
The hydro grip primer is a hydrating gripping primer, this product carries cannabis seed extract and blue agave extract for all day hydration. One of the things i love about the product is it has aloe water in it and it blends clear to work with all skin types. For product to work best is to apply product over clean skin, pump one to two shots apply product and let sit for one minute to activate grip. You can also wear this primer alone if you just want an no make up day and have glowy looking skin. After using this product it does what it says my face felt 100% hydrated. I did not get a sticky greasy feeling after application even a few minutes after applying the product, and a little goes a long way with this product which i love because i honestly rather buy products that can last me awhile. After applying my foundation on it blended well with no issues my foundation looked smooth and blended in well with the primer. The only thing I didn’t get to test was the length of time it holds up I didn’t have mt foundation on long enough to see how my foundation looked hours later. But I cant honestly talk about that and give results because we all have different skin types and how my make up may look hours later yours may look different so it all varies. My skin is only oily in my T zone and chin so usually hours later it only gets oily there but hopefully this product helps with that issue.
If I had to rate this product out of 10 id give a 7 just because I still need to wear the product more and get more of a feel out of it and wear it for a good couple of hours and see how my foundation holds up. But overall I love the product it was worth the buy and I honestly cant complain. If any of you have tried it what are your thoughts? Or is anyone going to try it out? Let me know in the comments I always love to hear from you all, and ill talk to you all in the next blog!
Hey everyone, welcome back to another blog post. Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend, it’s back to a full long tiring week for me. Sorry I didn’t get to put up a post for Friday I had a hectic Thursday and then Friday was pretty tiring due to me packing for my big move for the end of June. This post is long overdue and actually took more of my time I really wanted to get to this post I am super excited to show what I’ve got for my summer wardrobe pieces, I actually already posted what i got to my Instagram lately I am super excited to style these together.
The first item is a cream knitted dress I got, i found this dress in the special prices for only $19.00 CAD. I always love looking into the special price section whenever I can because I always try to get the most out of zara when ordering online just because of delivery fees ranking up the prices. Most of the time its always a difference from shopping in person then from online, I love the texture of this dress I love how I can style this up or down in various ways and how it fits me like a glove it was worth the order.
This next piece are these cute summer sandals I absolutely love them because they’re really versatile I can pretty much style them with any outfit, that is what I love about them. These shoes were $49.90 CAD, they go already so well with the cream knitted dress I showed earlier. I can’t wait to wear them this summer another worth the buy!
I also got this cute Mini city bag that is snake print and bright green, as soon as I seen this I literally had to have it for my summer word robe. I feel like this piece can go with almost anything I wear in the summer plus am kinda into snake-print at the moment to be honest, and what I have noticed is that I love it on shoes and accessories but not so much on clothes. This bag went for $39.90CAD which isn’t bad considering the quality and style.
Next is another item I thought that was just super cute because it just brought back memories, which is a cute vintage cartoon T-shirt. Zara has a huge collaboration section with a lot of cartoon t shirts you’ve might have seen some or even other influencers wearing them. I love that they brought that to their store for the type of style Zara is I actually wouldn’t expect that to be honest but I love how they are styling vintage cartoon with their elegant style. I have already bought two shirts you might have seen my other post on Instagram with the Tinker bell T-shirt and this one I got has all the Disney princess on then and I saw that Tiana was on it so you know I just had to get that! You can pair these with cycle shorts for the summer or even cute jeans or jean shorts or even cute maxi skirt and make it a dress up yet down style.
I did buy other items for this haul but I do not want to make this haul super long, so I will be doing a separate part two post on the rest of my four items for the next blog post. I hope you all enjoyed my little mini haul post I just had to do a post on these items I am super excited for the summer I feel like its been cold forever and am all about the colour for accessories. What are your go to style piece for this summer? Let me know in the comments I always love to hear from you all! Remember to comment and like! Thank you all for reading see you Wednesday post hopefully I can get it up by then.
Hey everyone, and welcome back to another blog post. Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are having a great week. It’s the 5th of June and I am just now writing my June goals for the month, I have realized that I probably won’t have high expectations this month because of a lot going on. This month I am doing a lot of packing because I am getting ready to move, I am super excited for this move I am so ready to be leaving my apartment. I am ready to start a new chapter in my family life, also after this move I will be putting up more content and be even more consistent with my blog.
One of my goals are to consistently at least on my social media platforms. Especially Twitter and Instagram I want to increase my followings, be more engaging with my followers because before increasing numbers I at least want connections with my followers. My second goal is pretty similar to the first, I want to continue to improve my content with Instagram. I am always trying to put up the best quality of pictures on my instagram; one thing I believe in is if you don’t put out the best or least quality it can always lead to lack of following and engagement. I am always hearing this consistently when doing my research on social media containing being a blogger. My third and last goal is to work hard and increase my views on my blog, I feel like this will always be a goal every month for most bloggers I mean even if you got a thousand every month you want to push for two. Sometimes I feel like giving up on blogging but I remember it’s not about the numbers I started all this because I love it. Soon enough my numbers will grow, heck today I made it to more views ! I am getting somewhere and I feel proud of it.
And there you have it three of my big goals for the month of June, its always hard to keep up with blogging especially being a mom and a wife but I feel like setting goals for yourself every month helps motivate you even more. I hope this blog helps in some way, thank you all for reading, sorry if my blogs seem short I am trying to put out posts while dealing with a move and kids running around. There will be a post up Friday morning at 9am EST standard time so look out for that! Remember to like & comment I always love to hear from you !
Hey everyone, and welcome back to another blog post. Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. This is my first blog post from being gone for awhile, a lot has been going on and I needed some time away from my blog. Soon I will be back to regular scheduling and settled again, being gone away has been upsetting but sometimes we need to just focus on ourselves and that’s what I needed and still need a bit. For today’s blog post I wanted to do a review on the new fenty pro kiss’r luscious lip balm.
So the fenty pro kiss’r luscious lip balm is a creamy moisture lock lip balm, its an non greasy light weight gloss. This product can be used with the fenty lip scrub stick, you can exfoliate with the scrub before hand and then use the pro kiss’r lip balm after. I just bought the product about a week ago and I already love it this is my current go to lip product at the moment, I feel like so far everything of Rihanna beauty line I love I haven’t came across a product of her I didn’t like. I love how nude and clear the lip gloss comes across when applied it blends in so well with you natural skin tone which makes the gloss come off as nude.
I love that I can wear this with any make up look am going for, and also use this in any season I like. The gloss was $23.00CAD and I personally think it was worth the money, I would absolutely go back for a second. The texture of the gloss is great it feels creamy and moisturising it has no sticky after feeling which I love because I know that is a big thing when it comes to glosses. And personally I am not much a gloss girl I usually start looking for matte lipsticks, but I think its just because I could never find that perfect gloss for myself and that could also fit my tone of skin but I have finally found it.
My overall thoughts is go and get you some pro kiss’r lip balm you will thank me! hint hint is going to be my summer go to beauty must have and go to for my summer look I also can not go wrong with the packaging always love how rihanna does her packaging. If you have bought this product already what is your thoughts on it? And if you have not is it on your bucket list to get or at least try? Let me know in the comment section I always love to hear from you all! Thanks for reading talk to you all soon in the next post.
Good afternoon everyone! Welcome back to my blog,I am back with another post for Christmas. I hope so far your afternoon is going well mine of course is filled with sleep deprivation as per usual but what would I do without my coffee! I have done some last minute Christmas pick up for tomorrow and had to share. I do also want to mention this week I will have a total of three posts up due to Christmas, I have decided on a set schedule ( hopefully I stick to it) to have two posts up a week. So I did some last minute shopping at the mall and purchased one of these dresses for my older daughter. It is so hard to shop in general because malls are always packed but for around the holidays is even 10x even more worse. I love the holidays and I hate to see it go but I always miss having money in my pocket.
This is one of the purchases this one was bought from my sister, this was purchased at kids H&M. Along with two sweaters she can wear over the dresses, which is pictures of them down below.
This is the dress I bought, I found this dress at Forever 21 kids. I am surprised I actually came across it I dont really look through forever 21 kids, my daughter is five years old and its actually for older girls but I buy older sizes for her because she is a bit tall. I love that with these buys she can wear them for Christmas and for other occasions.
I hope the rest of your afternoon go well, and your Christmas! I will be putting up my next post on Thursday. Remember to like & comment I love hearing from you all, until next time.
