Hey everyone, welcome back. Happy Monday, I hope everyone had a great and relaxing weekend. I am happy I am getting these blog posts out for you all and am reaching my goals for my amount of views per month. Of course I am working harder to achieve more but am happy. For today’s post I wanted to talk about an product I just recently purchased. I have used it a couple times so far and I must say it’s kind of my new favourite product right now. We are going to talk about the Mario Badescu enzyme cleansing gel.
” For over half a century, Mario Badescu has been the name that transcends generations and spans the entire life-cycle of skin, combining cosmetic chemistry and aesthetic expertise to customize regimens for every skin type and concern imaginable. Simple and effective is our philosophy—which is why Mario Badescu is skin care for all.”– Mario
Mario Badescu cleansing gel is an light weight gel formula that is suitable for all skin types. This also helps with the skin concerns of oiliness, uneven texture of the skin and dullness. The two main ingredients in this product is grapefruit and papaya extract. These two ingredients help remove all excess oil in the skin and rejuvenate the skin. You can use this product twice a day morning or night I personally feel it all depends on your skin. You would dispense the product and massage in circular motions. Rinse product off with warm water and follow up with any of your Mario products or any other skincare products.
Review: Enzyme Cleansing Gel
Overall my initial thoughts about the product is over the moon. I absolutely love this product. In all honesty I think this is a first product I love in a long time especially within skincare. I pretty much think this is going to be my go to cleanser for awhile. First of all I love the smell of it ( I know weird). It does not really have a loving scent but I love it. Also I love how its a god size bottle for a reasonable selling price. It does not make my face feel super dry after using it. Right after spraying my toner I can honestly go throughout the day without a moisturiser. My face looks brighter and refreshed. And that is what I am looking for a product that does not dry out the skin and gives a brighter result and just makes your skin feel and look refreshed. I would recommend you trying this and id give it a 10 out of 10!
I hope my post and review help and gave you an outlook to try any or hell all of Mario products. After rating this product and trying it out I honestly want to go and try his other products. Its a steal without breaking my bank so why not? I hope you all enjoyed reading today’s post. Please like, share and leave a comment! Let me know if you’d tried this product and if you did how was it? Did you like it? Have you tried any of this brands product? Let me know! Hey everyone, welcome back to another post. I hope everyone is well and is doing okay with the whole staying at home quarantine. Spring is approaching and that means new wardrobe picks and patterns. I decided to do a post on spring fashion patterns and my favourite for spring. One of the fun things about fashion is there is no right no wrong. Fashion is something you can play around with, pick what fits your style.
When it comes to changing season that means changing patterns. I feel like that’s the fun part about fashion is playing around with your wardrobe. I love pairing different patterns and textures together. I’m going to show the current patterns and textures am feeling this year.
Firstly for textures, one of the big trends I’ve been seeing is sheer. I am absolutely loving this texture and look. I love how classy it looks and the cross between sheer and denim or even pairing it with another fabric. With this trend I see it a lot with florals, especially on Zara. This is a great look for spring. I’m overall loving this trend, let me know in the comments if you’ve jumped in this trend and is already rocking it. Or if you’re going to be this spring.
That being the case for sheer, another great leading trend for spring is Pantone colours. I don’t know how to feel about this colour trend to be honest and that’s because am more of a neutral person. I’d stick more with the classics.
Pantone colors is spring fashion. This is a color trend that screams spring in all types of direction. So when it comes to pantone color it is a basic color scheme for color industries. For example beauty, interior decorating, textiles and apparel. After doing some fashion research the classic color for spring/summer 2020 is the classic blue.
Now some of the trends coming for the 2020 year, you can be seeing
What are some spring/ summer trend you all are loving this year? And what are some trends you feel should not be trending? What are your go to colors? Please let me know in the comments! Thank you all for reading today’s post, I will be also be having a post up tomorrow also for the last day of March. Please do so in liking, sharing and leaving a comment. Please check out my other posts below if you haven’t.

Like seriously guys from since the end of February I have been feeling this way. And this inspired me for today’s blog post. My must haves for my spring inspired outfit ideas. And this might give you an idea of what you might chose for your spring wardrobe.

So despite the huge amounts of snow I’ve been getting where I live, I’ve been feeling spring vibes. I have been inspired by a lot of spring outfit ideas for the past week. I mean some of them I can wear out now but it wouldn’t be the same lol. These spring outfits ideas get me so excited for spring approaching. I mean it’s the closest am going to get right now.
Graphic Top: Missguided x Hayden Williams Collection
Trousers Pants: Zara
This next outfit idea I absolutely love, it’s cute and I can dress it up or down. This is actually one of the outfits I could possibly wear now depending on the temperatures. I love how super simple it is yet the comfy crop bomber can bring a chic look to the outfit.
Cropped Bomber : Missguided
Cropped top: Small Boutique (can’t remember the name) lol sorry.
Black Bow Tie Trousers: Zara
So this outfit I already have been wearing all the time, it’s one of my favourites. The material is pretty warm so you can wear this in the spring too possibly pair it with a cute denim jacket. But of course for now I either wear it with my winter parka or on the lighter temperature days my black biker jacket. In the photo I decided to pair this with my long camel jacket. This gives the outfit a more dressed up vibe. Which I thought looked super cute.
Two Piece Matching Set: Fashion Nova
Longline Camel Fur Jacket: Zara
And last but not least, I was feeling of course sweater dress vibes. I don’t know about you but I have been loving a good sweater dress. I love how simple yet cozy and stylish they can be. You can dress them up or down and yet be super warm. I decided to pair this cozy black one with my black biker jacket. If I had to pair a bag with this outfit I’d pair a coloured bag to bring a bit of a pop.
Black Biker Jacket: Fashion Nova
Black Turtleneck Sweater Dress: Pretty Little Thing.

Hey everyone, welcome back to another post. I am happy I was able to get this post out, this post was long overdue. For today’s post I wanted to talk about how to contour. Contouring is a application technique used to create shadows and bring out your facial structure. This helps makes certain parts of the face stand out and also appear slimmer. The highlight part of contour and highlighting helps bring out the glow in your face of where the sun naturally hits.
So first I want to talk about the basics with contouring. When it comes to contouring you want to choose a shade that is one shade lighter down from your skin tone. Also another tip is knowing your face shape. One thing I notice a lot is that some people tend to contour the same. Your not going to want to do that. Your going to want to determine your face shape first so you know what areas to contour. For example, I have an heart shaped face so I try to always bring out my cheek bones and pay attention to around my chin area. Another tip is making sure to use the right product. But this would be all up to you!
Prime with a primer also a moisturizer for your face.
Apply your favourite foundation. With a damp beauty blender.
To contour, your going to want to follow the structure and shadows of your own face shape. If you want to define your jaw line your going to want to blend powder or cream along your jawline. If you want to bring out your cheek bones follow the same steps. Here’s another tip if you love your nose you do not need to contour your nose!
Set your make up, remember to along your T zone. Your going to want to do this with a setting powder. After setting with a powder you can set with a setting spray. Your going to just spray this and this will bring your makeup altogether!
I hope this post was helpful, I tried to get as detailed as possible. I hope you all enjoyed today’s post. If any of you have any questions about contour and highlighting please leave a comment. I am always happy to help and I always love reading your comments and questions. I must say contour and highlighting (well more contouring) is one of my favourite parts to a completed makeup look. I love bringing out my natural cheek bones and just playing around with it. What are some of your favourite products for contour and highlighting? Do you find it easy or difficult when it comes to contouring? Please leave a comment, like and please share! Also if you haven’t checked out my last post you can find that HERE.
