How “ The Ordinary “ brand benefits your skincare

Hey everyone! Happy Monday hope everyone is having a great start to their week and morning. For my first blog post for September I wanted to do a post on The Ordinary skincare brand. Due to the changing season this does cause for our skincare re gamin to change and our skin to change. If you would like to check out the brand you can find that HERE.

“The Ordinary skincare brand, is a collection of skincare treatments. These treatments are of clinical technologies to increase communication in the skincare industry. ” The Ordinary is a brand from DECIEM. We are an umbrella of brands focused on advanced functional beauty. Our team is specialized in materials chemistry and biochemistry, and we have brought pioneering innovation in skincare through our core brands, Hylamide and NIOD. “– The Ordinary

How The Ordinary Helps

For instance, one of the things I love about this brand is how it can help benefit your skincare. Did you know the brand can help you mix and match your products? I love how the brand helps by having a regimen guide on their site. The guide is there for everyone who needs suggestions in combining products into one whole regimen. Therefore implementing their skin guide can help with your AM and Pm steps. Help combine formulations to combat all your skincare needs and achieve you ideal skin goals. The ordinary holds a chart which can help you map out everything, they also help by giving skincare mix and match examples which is awesome! Need a regimen guide head over to the ordinary HERE.

In other words, the ordinary brand has stated about DECIEM products. Which they said is the parent company to the ordinary brand. All products go through safety testing which is great I feel like it feels great to buy from a brand you know their formulations are safe to apply to your skin. The products also do not test on animals and majority of their products are vegan. Need help with finding the right products for your skin? You can actually submit an inquiry to them and they can help you! In other words I’ve never came across a brand that can be this helpful. As an esthetican I feel like the brand comes off as a personal esthetican in your own home. The amount of help and affordable products their products is worth the buy to me.

How does it help me?

In conclusion, why not go with a brand that gives enough tools to help you a long the way in your skincare? One of the major issues I come across in the skincare field is clients walking in confused on how to start a proper regimen. Not everyone has the time and money to be honest to walk into a spa to be educated on how to start a good guide. The ordinary brand has started the easy way on how to get across to their clients and market a way to help you with your everyday skincare. And they have honestly sold me on this, I am planning on giving this line a try. If any of you have bought any of their products let me know! Thanks to everyone on reading today’s post, if you haven’t checked out my last you can find it HERE.

Anniversary in review

Hey everyone, welcome back to another blog post. I hope everyone had an amazing July! It’s hard to believe summer is almost over and we’re already in August. This past weekend was my two year anniversary trip. My actual anniversary day was July 29th and my husband surprised me with an three and half day get away and it was exactly what I needed.

We left the night of the Saturday for the trip, but we had a party to go to the evening of the Saturday so we had to attend that event with both the girls. I absolutely hate party’s the start really late, am already a homebody type of women and I just hate having to attend late party’s especially with young kids and a baby. So the party started 7:30pm but did not exactly start until 9:30pm and let me remind you I got a five year old with me and an eight month old. You all can at least imagine what I was thinking especially since right after me and hubby was leaving for an hour away trip. Well we all started eating by after 9:30pm and stayed a bit because we didn’t want to seem rude and just leave. We finally left the party at 11:00pm with a tired five year old and a somewhat irritable baby.

After dropping off the kids at my mom we finally left for our trip. My husband surprised our get away at Niagara Falls, ON It’s about an hour and 10 mins away from Toronto. We arrived about 1:00am in the morning we were both so tired. I literally had to stay up the whole way to make sure he didn’t fall asleep at the wheel and I only started to get tired 15 minutes to our destination.

I love lucy

So most of the time we spent away we of course had to spend it at attractions. The first place we went to was the arcade. Now I am literally addicted to this place because am always trying to get like over thousand tickets. Now I surprisingly learned something new about myself that weekend. I came across a black jack game 21 and my husband had to teach me how to play and you guys I swear to god I hit 21 like five times and got over hundred tickets. I left my husband shocked I didn’t know how I did it but I did I was so proud of myself.

We also visited an wax museum of celebrity’s, it was really interesting. That is some photos I took through out the museum. It was really insane how realistic the wax was done and the detail on them here are some more.

So we also went to a house of mirrors maze, which I will never do it again! Your basically in a maze of mirrors and you have to find your way out! And I felt so trapped I was starting to gain so much anxiety. My husband is so relaxed and cool when it comes to these things and am just not. I didn’t get to take any pictures during this of course because I was too busy freaking out! But I ended up giving up and going through the chicken door exit to get out and my husband decided to finish alone. We did another maze but this one was much easier because it was outside and it was too crazy.

It was really fun sadly while we were doing the maze it started raining a bit but luckily it wasn’t so bad. We also went inside Riplys museum the book of records and it was awesome. We learned some things we actually didn’t know like the oldest man that ever lived, the tallest man and the biggest man that lost 920 pounds himself! And also the women with the most tattoos, the women with the tallest neck and the fastest women, fastest animal. Yeah it was all insane!

This weekend was fun and well needed for the both of us, and it was actually the first time we actually spent time away from the kids. We both felt guilty and missed them but we realised we should have time for us now and then and it’s okay. We also have another trip coming up the end of August but I will leave that for a surprise. It’s always great to remember to take time out for yourself even if you don’t have kids and just need a break from reality to recuperate. It’s great for you mind, Heath and for you and your partner if you have one. Coming back seeing the girls was the best feeling ever! Even though all they was interested in was what we brought them. This was a great weekend well spent, and can’t wait for more exciting trips on the way. Thank you all for reading!

Blog Update

Hey everyone, welcome back to another blog post. I just wanted to do a quick blog update somewhat of what has been going on lately. This will sadly affect my blogging schedule and I wanted to let you guys know ahead of time.

This last weekend my laptop has officially gave away and won’t turn on, am assuming I need a new battery. But my laptop has had previous issues also other then the battery giving out so I am thinking of just purchasing a brand new one. At the moment I can’t say when I am purchasing it so for now I will not be putting up much blog posts due to this happening. I can still do everything from my phone like me putting this post up now but it’s not the same to properly edit before publishing. You will randomly see spontaneous posts uploading it’s if I can get a hold of a computer not completely sure. I also had been so busy these last few weeks trying to get things done and it’s been so physically and emotionally draining especially since Toronto has been having heat warnings. I hope soon I can slow down and also get a hold of buying a laptop.

In Conclusion ..

I also still have unpacking to do, and then am also running around doing errands and preparing for a vacation me and my husband is taking for our anniversary. So it’s a lot to take in but I wanted to make sure I put out a blog update post so everyone knows whats going on. These changes will maybe be going on for the rest of the summer, hopefully things get back to its original schedule soon. I will of course still be active on all my social media platforms which you can find here Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Thank you all for understanding, I will do my best of course on uploading as much content I can. I really do not want to delay much postings I will go insane if I am behind so I will make out the best I can do in this situation. Thank you all for reading, please check out my latest post, Blog Q&A. See you all in my next post!

10 Things I wish I knew

Hello everyone, and welcome back to another post. For today’s blog post I wanted to talk about the 10 things I wish I knew before I started blogging plus blog tips. I have been blogging about little over a year now and I am still up to this day learning about new things. And to be honest with you it is so confusing to me but I try and find my way around. I always tend to think about it as a world I am still trying to learn and figure out. Everyday I am always constantly reading articles and blog tips to educate myself and teach myself what I need to know.

Before blogging I honestly thought of it as you make a site and just write posts. I never knew there was so much more that goes on behind it. Like writing, promoting, marketing your brand and constantly trying to engage with other people. Who knew that you always got to constantly make sure your readers are engaged with your content and always trying to make sure your blog is generating traffic. But although I think about all of this I remember even the most top bloggers out there started just like me. Looking back at my very first posts and photography I have came a very long way and I couldn’t be more proud of myself.

My Top 10

  1. Time
  2. Money
  3. Marketing
  4. Promoting
  5. Consistency
  6. Setting up
  7. Devotion
  8. Balancing
  9. Being unique
  10. Always having to remember why you started

I wish I knew about the amount of time blogging involves, like I said honestly thought you just write a post and that is it. But I have learned its more then that and it all is just organising time. I have also learned that creating a great blog and having the right tools sometimes involves money. I am still investing and learning everything I need to create great content and site. And who know about the amount of time we need to market and always promote ourselves? because I didn’t lol. If had to chose my hardest struggle at the moment it would be constantly generating traffic to my blog. Also as bloggers we sometimes need breaks, I always take a break when its much needed but I always try to get back to blogging as soon as possible.

This helps your readers reading your content and not wonder where you went. Blogging sometimes can become a huge stress, but I always trying to continue to find devotion in what I do. And motivate myself to work everyday this i believe goes hand and hand with balancing. You always want to make sure you have a balanced life and time when you have self care and distress. One thing I always remember when it comes to my blog is always remembering to be and stay unique. There is hundreds of influencers and bloggers out there and the only thing that gets your readers is your uniqueness. No one wants to follow or read someone that is copying someone else or trying to follow someone else.

My last and most final thing I wish someone told me is that you’d always have to remember why you started. We get stressed out and frustrated and that is normal, and all we have to do is remember why we all started. And these are the 10 things I wish i knew, and the best blog tips I can share! Thanks for reading today’s blog post, please like, share and comment! See you all in my next post!
